She has led pricing and monetization work at multiple companies and leads transformations that drive efficiency, automation and measurable growth. Jana holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Jan Pasternak has nearly 20 years of experience in pricing and monetization, including building pricing teams at LinkedIn, Citrix, LogMeIn, Coupang and Zoom. He began his career in software engineering and revenue analytics at Microsoft, and has led pricing work for software companies across the United States and Europe.

Robert Gilliam is an AI/ML software engineer and founding technologist focused on building scalable, mission-driven solutions. With more than 15 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, cloud infrastructure specialist, and database architect, he has built assistive technologies, enterprise systems, and nonprofit platforms. Robert founded the Carnation Farmers Market (501(c)(3)) and received the Empower Youth Network Rise & Shine Award for Outstanding Community Volunteerism in 2023.
Barrett Cahalen is a full-stack developer specializing in Python, JavaScript, React, and cloud-based systems. A former professional dancer with a BFA in Dance Performance, Barrett transitioned into technology after completing Tech Elevator's software bootcamp and earning AWS Cloud certification.
